Cancellation and Refund Policy

Register early to reserve your seat, classes may fill quickly. Maximum student number varies with each class. The decision to cancel a class is based on the number of persons who have finalized their registration with payment. The decision to cancel a class may happen up to four business days before a class is scheduled to begin. It is important to pre-register for the class. Registration is not complete until course fees are paid.

A payment plan may be available for classes that cost over $500. Please speak directly with Continuing Education staff to make arrangements if necessary.

If you register and cannot attend class, your tuition will be refunded, minus a 10% processing fee, if a WRITTEN request is received THREE full business days before the start of the class. Immediate refunds cannot be given, regardless of payment type. Refunds may be issued via check in the mail. Once a course begins, there are no refunds available.

We cannot guarantee that all courses listed will be available when you register, and we reserve the right to cancel a course if there is insufficient enrollment or other conflicts. Refunds are gladly given when a class is cancelled by Continuing Education staff.

There are no refunds given for courses that are delivered via on-line instruction such as Gatlin or Ed2Go.
