What you’ll learn

The Computer Software Professional curriculum is offered entirely online and you are allowed and encouraged to complete courses at your own pace. In addition to a strong technical foundation, you will receive related instruction in communication, human relations, and technical mathematics. The degree will prepare a you to work as a customer service representative or assistant in a wide range of organizations in the broader area of service-related industries including financial services, healthcare, governmental services, and others. You will be assigned an advisor to assist you as you navigate through the courses required to obtain the credential.

Competency Based Education

This program is delivered using a competency based education model. This model moves away from seat time, in favor of a structure that creates flexibility, allows students to progress as they demonstrate mastery of academic content, regardless of time, place, or pace of learning. Competency-based strategies provide flexibility in the way that credit can be earned or awarded, and provide students with personalized learning opportunities By enabling students to master skills at their own pace, competency-based learning systems help to save both time and money. Program Cost

Tuition is based on a flat rate of $1,724 per term and you may attempt as many credits as you wish during the term. Three terms are offered each calendar year.  Students may enter at any term.
